This notice describes the information handled by the Pragati Impact Foundation website when you ask to volunteer, propose a partnership, send an inquiry, or request email updates.

Information you choose to share

Depending on the form, we ask for your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, interests, and message. We also record your consent to this notice and a submission reference. Please avoid sending identity documents, bank details, medical records, or other sensitive information through these forms.

How submissions are used

We use these details to review and respond to your request. Form submissions are forwarded to the foundation's designated inbox using Resend, an email delivery provider. A successful submission means the email provider accepted the message for delivery; it does not guarantee a response time.

Newsletter forms request follow-up from the team about email updates. They do not automatically enroll you in a mailing platform. You can withdraw your request by contacting the foundation.

Security checks and website services

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our forms from automated abuse. It processes browser and security signals under Cloudflare's privacy information. The hosting provider may process access logs, including network addresses, for operation and security. Google Fonts supplies the fonts used by the website and receives the requests needed to load them.

The website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. The forms do not save your entries in browser local storage. Entries remain in the open page while you fill them in; refreshing or closing the page may discard unsent information.

Storage and your choices

Sent inquiries and replies are retained in the foundation's email systems and by its service providers under their retention settings. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of a request. The team will review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained.
